1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using the we567 platform (accessible at we567.org and any associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and related services), you ("the Member," "the User," "you") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the we567 Privacy Policy, and all other policies and rules published by we567 that are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the we567 platform and close your account. Continued use of any we567 service after any amendments have been notified constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the we567 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction;

• The deposit of funds, placement of bets, and collection of winnings from your we567 account does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance in your jurisdiction;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly and unambiguously prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party when registering or operating a we567 account.

we567 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification, to confirm your age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending compliance review.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the we567 platform. The operation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses. When registering a we567 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and Pakistani mobile number;
• Maintain the accuracy of your registered information and update it promptly upon any change;
• Keep your account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) sent to your registered JazzCash or Easypaisa number, strictly confidential;
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your we567 account, whether or not authorised by you;
• Immediately notify the we567 support team if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

we567 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant, or to suspend or close any account, at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits to a we567 account are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency options. we567 accepts deposits via the following channels, subject to the minimums and processing times stated at the time of deposit:

• JazzCash — minimum deposit Rs 500; funds credited instantly;
• Easypaisa — minimum deposit Rs 500; funds credited instantly;
• Bank Transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) — minimum deposit Rs 1,000; processing time 1–4 hours;
• Visa / Mastercard — minimum deposit Rs 1,000; subject to issuing bank processing;
• USDT TRC20 — minimum $10 equivalent; credited after 1 network confirmation.

You confirm that all funds deposited to your we567 account originate from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used. we567 may apply additional verification steps to any deposit at its discretion. we567 does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider or bank may apply its own fees independently.

5. Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawal of available funds from their we567 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal request can be processed;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless we567 support has approved an alternative in writing;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method and are displayed in the we567 cashier at the time of withdrawal request;
• Any active bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before being eligible for withdrawal — see Section 6 (Bonuses & Promotions) for full details;
• we567 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal;
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes published in the we567 cashier. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally processed within 1–2 hours; bank transfers within 2–24 hours; USDT within 15–60 minutes.

we567 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or pending regulatory compliance requirements.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

we567 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms applicable to each individual offer, which are published at the time the promotion is made available. General conditions applicable to all we567 bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Pakistani members only and cannot be claimed in conjunction with another active bonus unless specifically stated;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn;

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All casino games available on we567, including live dealer tables (Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger), slot games, and table games, are operated by independently licensed and audited third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, JILI, Play'n GO, and PG Soft. • Cool-Off Periods: Members may request a temporary break from gambling of 24 hours to 30 days; balances remain withdrawable during this period;

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the we567 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential closure with forfeiture of funds:

• Registering or operating more than one we567 account under any identity, whether your own or another person's;
• Using the we567 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the we567 platform;
• Collusion with other players or exploitation of technical errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Providing false information during registration or verification;
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or for which you are not the authorised holder;
• Attempting to access we567 systems other than through the authorised platform interface;
• Any activity that we567 reasonably determines to be abusive, fraudulent, or detrimental to the integrity of the platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the we567 platform, including but not limited to the we567 brand name, logo, website design, software interfaces, game content (where provided by we567 directly), text, graphics, and other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of we567 or its licensed third-party partners. No part of the we567 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of we567. All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the platform are the property of their respective owners.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we567, its officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the we567 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of data or account information arising from system failures;
• Interruption or unavailability of the we567 service for any reason;
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game odds or outcomes resulting from third-party provider failures;
• Unauthorised access to your we567 account where we567 has complied with its security obligations.

we567's total aggregate liability to any member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount of funds standing to the credit of that member's we567 account at the time the claim arises.

12. Amendments to Terms

we567 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we567 will provide reasonable notice to registered members via the email address or mobile number on record. Continued use of the we567 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws under which we567 holds its international operating licence. In the event of a dispute regarding any aspect of the we567 service, including game outcomes, payments, bonuses, or account status, Members should contact the we567 support team in the first instance. we567 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with we567 support, the matter shall be referred to the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution process. All decisions made under this process are final and binding on both parties.
